Our dining rooms
Da Vinci’s restaurant is housed in an old listed building on the Quay that used to be a warehouse. Our cosy downstairs restaurant has a traditional Italian feel and makes an ideal venue for a casual lunch or dinner, or a family meal out, served up with genuine Italian hospitality.
Da Vinci’s Ristorante Pizzeria on Poole Quay in Dorset is a good example of a fine Italian restaurant – and it has a great view. Amanda Ursell, The Times, May 2007.
Da Vinci’s Italian Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day. Located right on the water’s edge along bustling Poole Quay you’ll feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. We are well known locally as one of the most hospitable restaurants in Poole. With a guaranteed welcome from your Italian hosts, why pay to go to Italy?
The menu ranges from freshly cooked pizza and pasta to a full range of Italian a la carte dishes, including chicken, beef and veal. The daily specials board features seasonal Italian specialities and fresh locally caught fish like Sea Bass and Scallops.
Our pizzas are made without yeast with a natural fermentation process so the pizzas are light and more digestible. We can cater for a vegan diet and many of our dishes are gluten free. Just ask if you are not sure.
Poole Quay and all the restaurants in Poole get really busy during the summer months – and so do we, so to avoid disappointment book online, or call us on 01202 667528 to make your reservation, particularly at the weekends.
Our upstairs dining room features hand crafted, designer Italian furniture and seven windows with vies of the quay and harbour. There are not many restaurants in Poole that can offer you such a beautiful view. It’s the perfect place to watch the fireworks on Poole quay in July.
